Provence Description


Provence is a beautiful 2-story Miami vacation home located in the up-scale gated community of Easter Shores. The luxurious houses in this exclusive area of mansions are valued at $ 1 million to $ 7 million.


The Provence is centrally located 3 minutes away from the beach, 5 minutes from the Aventura Mall and 20 minutes from South Beach where the gay Miami atmosphere is full-party mode year-round- all day, everyday.

This 3000 sq ft- 5 bedroom villa exhales a positive energy with its new renovations. The living areas are spacious and the formal dining area is great for groups that like to entertain. The bedrooms at the Provence are very well decorated providing comfort and privacy for the 12 that it can accommodate.

Unwind after a day at the beach by playing a game of Pool or some video games on the PlayStation included in your rental. A 37’’ flat LCD is in the living room and each bedroom of the villa has its own TV with Cable.

The outside includes a patio area where you can enjoy the outdoors Miami weather day and night. On the deck there is also a beautiful swimming pool which overlooks the yachts and boats that sail by. 



No motorcycle groups are allowed in the properties that we rent.
Vacationers are not allowed to have any parties or gatherings in our properties.


  *Guests will be able to use the villas computer during their stay and will have access to Provence's free high speed Wi-Fi wireless internet.

*A free cell phone is provided to you during your stay.  Unlimited local calls and  international calls to landlines, as well as voicemail, unlimited messaging, email access and GPS.

    Had a very good experience during our stay at the villa Provence. The website was easy to find and not to difficult to use. Vacation was booked without any problems. The picture and the description reflect the property in a very good way. We were very satisfied with the property and the property was spotless and very clean when we arrived. The condition of the property was okay but overall upgrading and deep cleaning is necessary. Painting, furniture cleaning, etc. could be needed. Would definitely book again with Miami Habitat. If friends are spending vacations in Miami, definitely recommending you to rent a property.

    The property in general was excellent, bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and good. Outside of property was poor and not up to expected standards, the table and chairs are unusable and the pool needs cleaning. Happy overall but a few areas need updating. The kitchen needs a few more utensils, knifes, forks etc.
